Prof Josaphat was successful to arrange the signing Sister University Agreement between Chiba University and Indonesian Agency for Meteorological, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG) on 29 October 2014 at Yogyakarta. We will prepare staffs and students exchange, especially to develop human resources in graduate school (master and doctoral programs).
