Josaphat Microwave Remote Sensing Laboratory (JMRSL) just finished to develop research model of L Band Circularly Polarized Synthetic Aperture Radar (CP-SAR) onboard Microsatellite (150 kg total payload) on 21 December 2016. This satellite could operate full polarization of circular polarization for future Earth observation, especially global land deformation.
