Prof Josaphat gave an Invited Talk to staffs of Indonesian Command and Staff College (SESKO) Lembang, Bandung on 5 May 2015 to strengthen leadership on academic and research collaboration between Indonesia and Japan. The staffs of SESKO came from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Arabian Union, Korea, Thailand etc.
