Two staffs of Indonesian Aerospace Agency (LAPAN) and students of Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) (Amrullah A. Qadir and Harry Septanto) joined Josaphat Laboratory to develop LAPAN-Chibasat under TWINCLE Program on 11 December 2013 to 28 February 2014.
